Payment:
The following is a list of payment methods we accept:

Certified Bank Checks
Money Orders
We cannot accept Personal Checks or COD.
Cancelation:
If you would like to cancel an order, you must send us an email stating that you would like to cancel it. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not entered the shipping process. "Shipping Process" can mean your item was picked and prepared to ship from our warehouse or that the Emergency Preparedness Disaster Kit or item you have ordered has left the manufacturer's warehouse and it is on the way to be delivered to our warehouse. Once it is picked and ready to ship from the manufacturer it can not be cancelled. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited. If your order has entered the shipping process (either shipping to you, or ordered from a 3rd party that cannot stop the shipment), then you may not cancel an order.
Shipping:
All shipping prices quoted are for the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped within 1 week after payment clears. Depending on where they are shipped, it will take 4-7 days not including Weekends to be received. If the survival item is not in stock we will notify you ASAP and money will be refunded.
During the Holiday Season our shipping may be delayed up to 48 hours. Please allow more time during the Holiday Season for your Emergency Disaster Survival Kit or Item to ship and arrive.
EmergencyPreparedness4U is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.
Returns:
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from the date of shipment. Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any Emergency Disaster Survival item. If item is not defective a 20% restocking fee is applied and you pay shipping. Items must be shipped back in orginal containers and in new condition.
Privacy:
Because we value you as a customer and respect your Internet time allowances, EmergencyPreparedness4U does not rent, sell, or lease its customer lists to third parties. As a valued customer we will use e-mail from time to time to notify you of closeouts, follow-up information, and deliver the services you have requested on your order.
EmergencyPreparedness4U web site will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on EmergencyPreparedness4U or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of EmergencyPreparedness4U; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of EmergencyPreparedness4u, or the public.
