Q.How do I place an order?
A. Just search or browse through our online store, choose the item(s) you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button, enter your billing & shipping information, select your payment options and successfully complete the ordering process.
Q. How do I remove items from the cart?
A. When you click on "My Cart" you can view the contents and change them too. To remove an item, click on the "Remove" button next to that item.
Q. How do I update the quantity of items in my cart?
A. When you click on "My Cart" you can view the contents and change them too. To update the quantity of an item, type how many pieces of that item you want into the "Quantity" field, then click on the "Update" button next to that item.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
A.All of the items listed on our website have shipping charges according to the item weight . The charges are clearly stated in the description and during checkout. There are no other shipping or handling charges.A shipping chart is located on the shipping chart page.
Q How soon will I get my order?
A Due to our heavy involvement in emergency relief efforts in the Gulf Coast and the increased demand for emergency supplies, orders are taking approximately 1week for shipment. You will receive an email with a link to your tracking information upon shipment
Q How do you determine shipping charges?
A We ship via UPS which charges by the weight of the package. Please note that many of our emergency survival kits, emergency food, and emergency water supplies are quite heavy.
Q Do you sell/share information submitted over the web?
A We do not share any client information with any other agency or company. We know that shopping via the interenet can be daunting; however, we pledge to provide our cutomers with the utmost respect and privacy by keeping all information confidential
Q Is your site secure?
A Our online shopping cart system processes order via a secure internet connection. Orders are processed using a 128-bit digital encryption providing state-of-the-art internet security. This way nobody will ever be able to have access to your information.
Q. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A. Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must supply us with a physical address.
Q. Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
A. Yes, we do accept cancellations of an order, but it should be done as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we do not allow any cancellations. For more information please see our Policies
Q.What is the normal lead time?
A. Most orders are shipped within 1 week after payment clears. Depending on where they are shipped, it will take 4-7 days not including Weekends to be received. If the item is not in stock we will notify you ASAP and money will be refunded.
During the Holiday Season our shipping may be delayed up to 48 hours. Please allow more time during the Holiday Season for items to ship and arrive.

Q. What if I have a problem or need to return something?
A. If you were shipped a different product than you ordered or have a Mfg. defect, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the product. We guarantee against manufactures defects for 30 days from the date of shipment. For more detailed information please refer to our Return Policy.
Q. What if my item was damaged in shipment?
A.Inspect all merchandise as soon as you receive it. If the product you received appears to be damaged from the outside or if you discover any damage while the driver is there, you should mark such damage on the delivery receipt and/or bill of landing. The driver must write down next to your signature, that the items are being accepted, but they are damaged. Please ontact the shipper/provider for further information.

Q What is the difference between the Standard and Deluxe Survival Kits?
A All of our Deluxe Survival Kits are upgraded to include our Solar/Generator/Dynamo Flashlight Radio w/ Strobe which NEVER NEEDS BATTERIES. These emergency radios retail for $34.95. Our Standard Survival Kits include a regular AM/FM radio and seperate emergency flashlight with batteries.
Q Is your emergency food and water approved by the government?
A We are proud to state that our ER emergency Ration Food Bar, AquaBlox water boxes, and water pouches are approved by the US coast Guard for Survival Recommendations. Please see our ER Emergency Ration food bar page and emergency water pages for more information.
Q Which Survival Kit is best for me?
A The type of kit that works best for you depends on your location, number of family members/pets and your price range. The minimum survival recommendations include having enough emergency food and water for at least 72 hours as well as shelter supplies for warmth. Each of our survival kits provide these basics, as well as many other necessities such as first aid, sanitation, lights/radios, and search/rescue supplies.
